Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. The most common schedule is 12–9 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (718) 849-8701. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, facebook.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 966 reviews, which is a strong result for a pizza restaurant in Richmond Hill and suggests consistent service.

Richmond Hill is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Richmond Hill follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I heard from several of my associates in Queens that Alfie's was a pizza joint that was worth visiting. It is located on a side street where there is no parking, so I had to park around the corner. It was Saturday evening so the parking situation wasn't too bad. I ordered on slice and it cost $3.00. It was in line with the more traditional slices that you find at Ray's & Amore but much better. The crust was slightly crispy on the bottom but very light and sonewhat puff. It wasn't the least bit chewy. There was an above average amount of cheese on the slice. The slice was somewhat oily, but I actually prefer slighly oily over dry. It was a slightly messy eat but was enjoyable. The atmosphere was sonewhat busy but laid back. The service was very professional and friendly. Allie's is a spot where I will definitely return if I am in that area. I would probably pay about $3.50 for that slice, a bit more than it costs. I believe $3.00 is a good deal for a slice at Alfie's

Action Bronson sent me. One of the best grandma pies in Queens, top 3. Sauce is insanely good, definitely a homestyle family recipe. Old school unpretentious, strait to business vibe like most nyc were up until the 2000s. Even the exterior making me nostalgic. Excellent realistic prices loyal to the neighborhood and locals.

When you walk into a pizza place and it looks the way it does in the pics you know the pizza is absolutely gonna smack. This pizza was perfectly cooked. You can tell they use high quality ingredients and that they really care about their product. They have earned their high ratings on Google and yelp no question. Don't even hesitate, hurry up and go here. Remember it's cash only

I haven’t been here in ages, but the quality has not diminished one bit! I ordered two delicious slices: baked ziti + vegetable slice. Both were great, but I have a soft spot for a great veggie slice, so I had to order another! Come here if you value consistency and a dependably delicious food.

The family and I were looking for a good pizza spot before our drive back to PA. Our usual place was closed for the holiday weekend, so we decided to try this pizza place because of all the good reviews and was close in proximity to where we were in Hillside. Louie behind the counter is a great guy. Very nice and very welcoming with a big smile. The pizza was what you expect from a New York pizzeria. Crust is crunchy yet soft, nice little char on the crust to give it that blackened flavor after-taste, which is amazing. Everything from the cheese to the sauce made the cooked slice look like it was golden brown. The crust was also not too thin and also not too thick. It was the perfect size to get that crunch from a slice. I also ordered a sausage roll and garlic knots, which were also equally yummy. Overall, I would not hesitate to come here again next time I am in town. Great pizza with a smile.
